"После дождика в лесу"/"After the rain in the forest".

 

Сегодня я хотела бы снова поделиться не просто результатом работы, но целым процессом, не простым путем от задумки к воплощению. Я была движима желанием соединить самое любимое — природу, лес и волков. И чтоб в итоге получилась не просто сумма составляющих, а что-то большее. Каждый этап работы выглядит вполне самостоятельным и без контекста, но я-то знаю, что это был лишь путь. Я покажу весь процесс шаг за шагом.

 

Today I would like to share again not only ready work but all the process of my work. This is not easy way from the idea to the ready picture. I was obsessed the desire to unite all of my favorite: nature, the forest and fairy wolf. I wanted to get not 2+2=4 but something big and new. In Russia there is a saying "Terpenie i trud vse peretrut", the English analog is "Diligence is the mother of success". And for me this project it is the best illustration this saying.

Each the piece looks as quite independent work, but I know that it is only the way. I will share my way step by step. 

All the parts of the project I was made using stamps and linocuts.

В этом месте я поняла, что волки не подходят для моей задумки и мне нужен другой персонаж. Я начала рисовать разных волков из интернета, пока не нашла иллюстрацию "Волчишко" Евгения Чарушина. Это был идеальный образ, но не мой! Я решила просто перерисовать его работу и сделать линогравюру, чтобы прикоснуться к его персонажу и чему-то научиться. 

Here I realized that the wolves do not match my idea. I started to draw the different wolves from Internet until I found the illustration the wolf by Yevgeny Charushin (the soviet artist, 1901 — 1965). His wolf was the perfect image but it is his image. I decided to simply redraw his wolf to learn something and touch to his wolf.

Затем я продолжила поиски своего волка/Then I continued to search my image and my wolf, so I created this wolf.

Всё ближе и ближе, теплее и теплее

И ниже это уже то, что я называю итогом, результатом, финальной работой/And see below this is my final work

Здесь все мое самое любимое: лес, дождь и сказочный волк. Я назвала работу "После дождика в лесу"

Here is all of my favorite: the wood, the rain and fairy wolf. I called the work "After the rain in the forest".

Может показаться, что мой путь нелогичен, и это так и есть. Меня вели мои руки, сердце, душа и все остальное, что есть в человеке нелогичное. 
You can find that my way is not logical and this is true. I went through my hands and my heart and soul, through all that is in people illogical.
